Open circuit variable displacement axial piston bent-axis hydraulic pumps.

Purpose:
The pumps transform the shaft rotation mechanical energy into the working fluid flow hydraulic energy.
The pumps are intended for operation in open and close loops of stationary and mobile installations.

Open circuit variable displacement axial piston swashplate hydraulic pumps

Swashplate hydraulic pump OPT.514.0.250 series is the complete analog of axial piston pump A4VSO250 produced by Rexroth® and will be manufactured by Optima with similar regulation types and with similar tandem versions as A4VSO250 pump.

Swashplate hydraulic pumps OPT.514.0.250 series are intended for industrial use in metallurgical equipment.

Variable displacement swashplate pumps, open circuit design

Pumps are intended for operation in open circuits.
Pump feed is proportional to shaft rotation speed and working displacement. Working displacement value is step-less regulated from zero to max. value by means of changing the swashplate inclination angle.

Working displacement: 85 cc/rev.

- axial piston variable displacement pump, swashplate design;
- mounting flange: Ø127 mm, 4 holes as per ISO 3019-2 (metric); - rotation direction: clockwise, counterclockwise.​

AXIAL PISTON VARIABLE PUMP - Open circuit

Pump flow is proportional to shaft speed and displacement. The working volume is infinitely adjustable from zero to the maximum value due to a change in the angle of inclination of the washer.

Working displacement: 260 cc/rev.

Design features:
- mounting flange: ∅165.1 mm;
- 4 holes according to ISO 3019-2 (metric);

Shaft version:
slotted W60x2x30x28x9g DIN 5480;
- pumps are left and right; - the possibility of limiting the minimum and maximum working volumes;
